Are you still deciding on where it is that you are going to spend your spring break vacation at? It really is not a small world after all as there are so many cool places that you can go it may be hard to put the nail in the coffin and make a decision. One place that I do not regret spending my spring break a couple of years back was in Jamaica, which is located in the Caribbean. Once you go there you will immediately fall in love when you see the turquoise water that is crashing up on the popular beaches of Jamaica.
Because of the beauty of the beaches of Jamaica, this is why so many people spend their entire Spring break vacation there. Miles of soft sand and miles of nightclubs and bars to choose from if you are into the party stuff, which is quite popular with the students that vacation there. Some of the popular beaches that are in Jamaica are known as Ocho Rios, Montego Bay and Negril. Any one of those beaches will serve you right if you want to see some of the best beaches that this world has to offer.
Let’s talk a little about Negril, which is a popular tourist destination for vacationers to spend their spring break at. This beach is popular and known around the world as it has a stretch of 7 miles, nothing but sand and clear water to look down on. If you want to try out some Jamaican rum you can do so here as they make it right here. There is also a Black River Safari, which is another tourist trap where you can go down a river and look at crocodiles and other types of wild animals.
The nightlife at Negril beach is also great as there are always plenty of places to party, from night clubs that are on the beach to beach bars, and there are always some type of party going on directly on the beach itself, one of the reasons that college students love to spend their spring break vacation here.
Have you ever heard of Jimmy Buffet? Many have and here in Jamaica while on vacation you should stop by Jimmy Buffet’s Margarita Ville, where you can enjoy some great music along with, um, great margaritas.
If you want to see some great sceneary then you should check out the Blue Mountains, which is located in Ocho Rios. This part of Jamaica is also well known for the coffee that they make, so when you wake up with a hangover all tired, just drink a couple cups of coffee to get you up and take a look at the mountains that will be towering over you.
If you want to swim under beautiful waterfalls and maybe even take part in some rafting then you should swing on by Montego Bay before your vacation is up. This place like the other major attractions of Jamaica is always packed with tourists and vacationers, so you will have no problem at all finding a souvenir to bring back home with you while you were on vacation in Jamaica.
